Founded in 2022, WNBF Malaysia was born out of the passion and dedication of two natural Malaysian athletes, Sim and Edward. As athletes themselves, they understood the challenges faced by those who aspired to compete in natural bodybuilding competitions but had limited opportunities within the country.

 

Sim and Edward had always dreamt of participating in high-standard natural competitions, but they often found themselves having to travel overseas, spending a significant amount of money to pursue their passion. Frustrated by the lack of options available locally, they decided to take matters into their own hands.

 

Driven by their vision of providing a fair stage for Malaysian athletes and encouraging more individuals to engage in the sport in a natural and healthier way, Sim and Edward embarked on a journey to bring the prestigious WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding Federation) to Malaysia.

 

Their tireless efforts and determination paid off as they successfully established WNBF Malaysia, becoming the official affiliate of the international federation. Their goal was simple yet profound: to create a platform where athletes could compete in a natural and transparent environment, free from performance-enhancing substances.

 

Since its inception, WNBF Malaysia has been committed to organizing top-quality competitions, adhering to the highest standards of fairness and integrity. Sim and Edward's dream has become a reality, as countless Malaysian athletes now have the opportunity to showcase their talents on a national stage, without the need to travel abroad.
